Responsibilities
* Lead the fast growing self-service business, own the self-service commercial goals and ensure self-service is a significant growth engine and market share initiative
* Devise the SimilarWeb self-service strategy – product, target market, segmentation, business model and user journey – to accelerate our self-service growth
* Oversee a cross functional team of product, growth, marketing, operations, billing and support to reach the self-service business goals
* Design and optimize a seamless end-to-end self-service experience across the user lifecycle
* Act as the self service internal lead / “face” – ensure cross-company alignment & enthusiasm, communication and visibility into the self-service strategy and performance
* Design a land and expand offering, and partner with GTM to build a seamless and customer centric business model
* Ensure a customer-first approach to everything we do – to ensure our self service clients are receiving best-in-class experience
* Develop and implement a scalable business model and unit economics (acquisition to LTV etc.) to boost growth
* Leverage your prior experience in self-service GTM / Product motions to deploy the optimal systems, processes and measurements to streamline our self-service operations
* Initiate and drive fast iteration optimization processes and projects, A/B tests and funnel improvements
What will you bring to the team? (requirements)
* 5+ years in leadership roles in self-service SaaS / subscriptions / B2C internet businesses
* Funnel & Growth master (strong Demand Gen experience) – vast experience in building and optimizing self-service funnels
* Product knowledge and acumen – product leadership experience is a big advantage
* Operations guru – expert in building processes and optimizing workflows and systems
* Deep knowledge in PLG (product led growth) and other land & expand growth strategies
* A business leader, with proven track record of meeting and exceeding commercial targets
* Versatile executive with strong ability to drive complex initiatives across functions (product, growth, marketing, operations etc.
